"Great Set! Really enjoyed your material." - Paul Gray (Bassist with the Dammed)

Brian Inglis is a very experienced musician and singer songwriter based in Bristol. His early career included playing guitar and bass in various bands. One of the bands, ’Winters Tale’ appeared on ITV’s very popular show of the time, ‘New Faces’ and following their appearance had some success appearing several times on another TV show of the time, ‘Summer Time Special’. The band was based in Oxford UK but toured the country, performing on the Mecca / Top Rank and college circuits, they worked extensively in major London hotels with many well known celebrities of the time and enjoyed some good summer seasons in the South West.

Brian continues to perform mostly as a solo artist and has played on  various festival stages including the The Keynsham Music Festival, Bristol Harbour Festival, Redfest, and the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta. However, his real love is performing in intimate settings to smaller audiences, “I feel as though I am at one in these settings with my audience.”

His musical styles cover an eclectic mix of Country Rock, Pop / R&B, Blues, Smooth Jazz and of course his own material written in those styles. Hopefully this provides something for everyone of all ages.

His covers are largely from the 1960's/ 1970's which are great for themed events memory cafe's etc. That aside, his sets range from acoustic to fully amplified with backing tracks (both covers and his own original material), and includes many well known songs.

Below are some sample play lists. He also covers some Folk/Rock and Pop from artists such as Van Morrison, James Taylor, Bob Marley, Paul Simon the list goes on, or you can have a mix of everything!
